Reinstalling drivers for Arcserve in WINNT.

Help! I have a client who needs help installing Arcserve drivers back onto Windows NT 4.0. Eu has a TL891 with 2 Drives and needs to have the archserve drivers installed for the library robotics and drives. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Just check to see if any drivers are installed for these tape devices under the control panel, tape devices ...

if so uininstall the drivers and reboot the server...

Rerun the device configuration from the arcserve program group.
