Reinstalling Com+

I wasted many hours trying to find out why COM+ would not reinstall according to all the posts on the web and Microsoft's Q315296.
If you delete Dot Net 1.0 and Dot Net 1.1 using AAron Stebner's cleanup tool (

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2005/04/08/406671.aspx),

Reboot, Reinstall Dot Net 1.1 and THEN follow Q315296 it will work without error.
