Reinstalling a FLASH Voice Mail 2 Port Solution

Hello All
I am trying to install a FLASH 2 port at a clients place of business. They currently have a CICS 2.0 Standard software for a KSU.
I have been able to activate the 980-989 codes alright but when I use "F983" it comes up with PSWD; I put in the default 120000 and it drops me to Exit.
If I try to get in with "F981" or "F985" it comes up with "Inactive Feature"
Can anyone make any suggestions on what I am missing or is there something wrong and how do I fix it.

Did you do a f903 after the reinstall ?

The number of digits for the DN's on the KSU will impact your password. How many digits are they ?

You can also do a reset master password if you think things got a bit messed up (f985, then 9, then the master reset code).

The extension are (3) three digits. I have tried F985 and I did do the F903 to accept the 9xx codes.
The access I tried was F983 with the password 120000 as well as 1020000

After F983, try the code 266344, finish config features, accept and exit.

When done with that, try f985 with 1020000.

After doing the f903, ...
Do you remember answering prompts such as:

KEY, BILINGUAL, PRIMARY LANGUAGE, GROUP LISTS, GROUP LISTS LEAD DIGIT ?

If not, your reinstall was not completed all the way through the configuration step. If that is the case, my last post tells you how to finish your configuration.

When it says PSWD instead of LOG then you need to enter the config password and go through the motions as missed sates above.
LOG: is when it wants the 12, 102 etc. (log in)

Order on new installs:
-Rinstall
-F903 (2.0 and up)
-Configuration
-Login
