Reinstall programs after WinXP fresh new copy

I had to reinstall WinXP Pro as a fresh new copy and overwrite my Windows folder. Well, now I have to reinstall almost every program - and that's not a problem. The problem is with my OEM version of Norton Antivirus. I can't reinstall it... not even if I delete the Norton folder...

Is there is a program on the Norton CD to assist in removing "difficult" installations?
