Reinstall NDS on Netware 6 server

I have a Netware 6.0 server that I took off line after migrating the server to a new netware 6.5 server. It turned out that some of the old data did not transfer over to the new server. If I delete the old DS on the old NW6 server and reinstall a fresh DS can I login as Admin and backup the data on the server.

Why don't you reinstall NDS through NWCONFIG and put it in it's own new (temporary) tree. That way you keep you main tree clean and you can create a temporary ADMIN user, then login to both Tree simultaneously and transfer data from server to server.
