reinstall lisa?

I have an fc4 machine, and from kde I go to network shares, and it tells me lisa deamon is not running. How would a noobie diagnose/fix this?

As root issue the following command to start.
[tt]service lisa start[/tt]

To make it start automatically during the boot process issue
[tt]chkconfig lisa on[/tt]
