you need to contact a Business Partner to get the password reset, we can't give out passwords here.
I usually try as passwords the usual 1234 then 4321, 2580 the last 4 digits of the phone number the house number if it is 4 digits, the receptionists birthday and so on if all that fails contact the BP to have them do it for a fee, better then having a card that doesn't work at all.
