REinitialize Callpilot in 3.7 BCM

I have tried the F982

put in operator pswd...asks if I want to make changes

then I hit 1...and it asks for another password

tried operator, config, 000...etc.

NO LUCK

Need to re-initialize so I can change the DN length to match a successful change in the BCM from 4 down to 3

Your on the right track, after you hit 1 just use the same pswd that you would if you were using f983 hit 1 then that pswd...

I guess you didn't get it by the way I wrote it maybe? It would be the same procedure to REINSTALL a flash, callpilot, etc
but instead of using f983 you use f982. After you hit 1 the pswd would be the same as the one as if you were reinstalling any other norstar vmail.
