I am trying to move all of my users and public folder from an exchange 2000 to an exchange 2003 server. The move seemed to work fine; however, when i send a message to the mail enable public folder it is not delivered if I have the ex2000 server down. Why is it being routed through this first server? I have rehome the public folders etc...
