Regullary ARP Broadcasts???

Hi all,

i have one Accellar 1200 switch which regullary makes ARP broadcasts. Every 5 minutes a bunch of packets are being sent which leads to a broadcast storm.

There are two Accellars in use, but only one of them are behaving, imho, strange.

Is this normal?
