regsvr32 "Not able to register"

Hi,
I'm Crystal report Developer. I have to register some third party reports on server(Report server). When I tried to run regsvr32 cruflsaba.dll from cmd, it gives error

LoadLibrary("CRUFLSaba.dll") failed.
GetLastError Returns 0x0000007e.

I have checked my path.its correct. Anyhelp
Thanks in advance.

Do you have a different version of the DLL to try?
