Hi,

I am attempting to apply the following patch at the login script when users login so that their default keyboard is set to UK as opposed to US.

The registry patch is as follows :-

(contents of keyb.reg)

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload] "1"=00000809

I then added the following line to the login script :-

regedit /s //domainserver/patches/keyb.reg

Problem is that even if I simply double click the patch once logged in the patch is not applied, however I ran regedit with a user and used regedit manually to find the value and change it, logged out and in and it worked.

Any ideas as to why the patch will not work through the login script or the .reg file?

Thanks again for your help!

Regards,
