registry update without prompt 2

How do I import infor into the registry without getting the message:
"Are you sure you want to add the information in c:\windows\desktop\whatever.reg to the registry? YES/NO"

you can create a batch file with the following command>

regedit /s import.reg

where import.reg is the name of the reg file you are wanting to merge.
