Registry settings to block pif's, and scr's.

So I was at another tech website and someone mentioned that there is a registry setting that you can do for Norton Anti-Virus for Exchange. I am currently running NAV for Exchange version 2.18, on Windows NT 4.0, Exchange 5.5. I have looked everywhere but cannot find anything.

Any truth to the registry setting?
