Registry mess!

THere were some files on the server left over from a REGCLEAN procedure that was done on some 98 stations, and someone accidentally (sure!) double clicked on one of those .REG files from the server. Is there a way to get all that crap out of the server registry?

Have you restarted the server after this? If not, try LKGC at next startup. If yes, use ERD made for the server and replace all registry hives. Another option would be registry backup on tape, if it's there. Take your pick.

Backup your data and start thinking about a reinstall, just in case... Mubashir
