Hi there, Please help me!

I want to install a program called Workpace onto a win95 PC and get a message stating that either the windows registry is corrupt or that I do not have rights to modify the registry. I am logged on as administrator. What could be wrong?

Thanx.

If someone might be interested. I found out that this problem was caused by a Windows 95 registry limitation. A key may only be 64K and the big sinner here is the HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\current version\SharedDLLs Which can grow too big if you installed to many programs. I used regclean but it didn't help and then I uninstalled some programs which had a lot of setting in the registry key.

The new program now installs without any errors.
