I read about changing the registry settings to allow browsing more data than allowed and populating default parameter values with more database field records. My question is, since I'm creating a report that will be generated from another user's computer, do I also need to change his registry settings? What about if I'm using the Crystal Report Distribution Expert?

hi
if your using the report distribution
you will to compile the report since it will install the viewer and the dll.
If the data does not change then it's ok but if it does he or she will have to donload the newest version of tha report and that one could be report distribution for he or she has the viewer and dll install

cheers
