I apologize in advance since I believe this topic has been dealt with in the past. Obviously I cannot find the posting or I would not ask. Since I have loaded Dreamweaver 4 I get the registration window and an IE window " cannot dispaly the requested site" error upon booting the computer. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
