Hi All.
I have a person trying to register a 1220 phone, which was used in a different location.
After deregistering the phone at the old location, and having the person configure the phone with the new IP address of the BCM he wishes to connect to, he reboots the phone (power cycles it), and it comes up with a request for the registration password.
I had him try the "bcmi" password : 2264 and that fails.
I have gone into the BCM itself, and under Telephony -> Telephony Resources -> IP sets I see a password under Global Password, but it is unreadable, being a bunch of dots.
Is this that password that is the registration password? How do I see what it is???
Regards
