Registration of DLL errors out on installation

I am attempting to install crystal enterprise 10 on a computer and i am erroring out on registering dll's. This is an attempt to reinstall the application at a users request. I have completely removed the files from the previous installation and i'm still getting this error. please help, this is a time sensitive issue.

Try posting the errors recieved for better technical information.

Make sure that no Crystal services are still running, and that you have gone through the proper uninstall if you are reinstalling CE.

Not sure why you'd take a user's request to reinstall, this should be a IT persons call as CE is a server based product that requires a good understanding of hardware and software to install and configure properly.

In addition to all of the above, be sure you are logged into that machine as an administrator.

New user to be on this system and supervisor requested it be done to clear any settings that the previous user made. This system is a contractors station and this is our practice when a new user arives.

The error code was 1904 with the path to about 15 dll's that weren't registered

I am also logged in as administrator
