Registration and Auto Assign DN VOIP

I have a problem on a BCM 2.5 when I try to enabled the Registration under Nortel IP Terminals to ON as well as the Auto Assign DN to ON, they both revert to OFF. Tried a reboot, and do have an IP license installed. Can't get a user to connect via VOIP with this off. Any suggestions?

I have never been able to get 2.5 to work with VOIP, but worked fine after upgrade to 3.01.
