Hi there.

We have a NS500 and we have some problems using mobile devices.

The devices just works when I connect a VPN, but is not useful...

My customers want to connect the mobiles directly. Our vendor send the ports to redirect the traffic in the Fortigate (50e).

UDP 123
UDP 2727
UDP 9300
UDP 5060
UDP 16000-16511
UDP 16512-17023
TCP 7580
TCP 37547
TCP 37580
TCP 5060
TCP 7547

and disable SIP ALG.

But, it is not working yet.
Are we forgeting anything?

You didn’t need tcp for the phones

Have you setup the media gateway with the external ip of the wan

Do you have sip phones as you need to set a nat port in media relay and forward it to 5060 Do not expose 5060 to the open wan or you will be bombarded

Make sure you set the phones external to mrg relay and not local

The 16000 to 16511 go to dsp Ip

Actually I have this configuration:

Which soft-phone are you using?
And have you installed the License for third-party SIP devices?

If thai 195 is your wan addressI would delete it

What about the media gateway and phones set to use it. Is that done

Those are virtual ip, is the firewall rules done too
