Registering MSI packages

When I create and SDO package using the register MSI-package option the package gets created successfully and all looks well. I then perform an Administrative Installation on the local server so that the "Network Installation" procedure will be available. However when I try to deploy the Network Install it fails with the following error. Local Install works without issue. Any Idea's?

1619 - The installation package could not be opened. [MSI001619]

I was able to resolve my own issue. Below is the resolution for anyone that wants to know.

On the SD server perform an administrative install to the mslib share. Once complete then register the msi package that is in the mslib share. Network installations will then work properly.
