Registering MSFlexgrid control

Can anyone help??

I am trying to use the Microsoft FlexGrid 6.0 control, but I get the following message :-

"You don't have the license required to use this ActiveX control.
To obtain an appropriate license, contact the company that provides the licensed OLE object or ActiveX control"

I am using Microsoft Access 2002 & I thought that this was part of the standard Access product.

I have registered the control using regsvr32 & it registered ok, but I can still not use it on a form.

Is there anything else that I can try?
