Hi there,

I'm trying to register more that one SIP extension from the UCx to a SIP phone that can have multiple SIP accounts. I can get the first one to register but, not any more. Anyone ever been able to make that work?

I've been using two UCx SIP extensions as two buttons on my LG Nortel 6830 phone for quite some time. There is no "special" configuration required on the UCx (just two standard SIP extensions configured) and neither on the phone (the same proxy address and port is used for both buttons - the extension number is used as the name and authentication name and the corresponding extension specific password is used).

It's like UCXguy says, just setup the same configuration for each account on the SIP phone as you did the first account.

Found out the problem seems to be with the Panasonic KX-TGP550 phone I'm trying to setup. Only Line 1 of the phone will register with the UCx. The other 7 lines will not. I have a Yealink and a Polycom and both of them work fine on more than one SIP account. Must be something with the Panasonic phone. However, I was able to setup several SIP accounts on the Panasonic with voip.ms so, it looks like it's an issue between the UCx and Panasonic.
