The Following error Occurs when trying to register a new user.

The Domino Directory on the Current Registration Server Can Not be used for registration (it does not contain the $RegisterGroups View). Specify a Registration Server using a Domino Directory derived from the pubnames.ntf template

I am in the Administrators group, I have checked the Template allows me to Create and Modify...

This is the Only Domino Server.

Version of Notes = 5.07

Any Help Appreciated
