Registered IP Sets Not Showing on Users and Services Field

Having a curious issue. CXi has 32 IP sets, all working. If I look on Users and Services, only 21 are showing, but if I check on IP Sets All, I can see all the phones present. I cannot manualy add the sets as new users as I get a message saying all licences used on this node. Need to reprogram Ring Group, but cannot see required extensions in the appropraite fields. System is version 7.
Grateful for any help.
 
version 7 changed the way users were displayed , change the search to number , leave the field blank and click on the magnifying glass.

as you scroll down , more entries should be displayed

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....
 
Is your system Version 7 or MCD 7 (Version 13)?

Maybe check another for like IP Multiline Sets
 
Ignore my post. Just re-read OP.
Users and Services is a renamed form in MCD 7 so you're obviously running MCD7.
