Register VG202

Hello,

So I'm adding a VG202 and I'm missing something. I created the VG under the gateway (CM8.6) with the same basic config as another VG204 we have and also put the same basic config on the VG202.

Reserved an IP for the VG202, connected it tothe network and all that seems to work. Built a phone on port 0/0 and I get dial tone, but as soon as I dial the first digit I get a busy. The VG202 isn't registering with the call manager.

What step (or steps) did I miss? Thanks much

I don't think it's a registration issue. Instead look at your calling search space.

Resolved the issue. I didn’t have the domain name exactly the same on the CM and VG202. Thanks
