register incoming telephone calls

My client wants to register incoming telephone calls (the numbers), is this possible with powerbuilder and what control do i use? Does anyone have some suggestions?

Assuming you can have a serial connection with the telephone center,mscomm32.ocx is all u need.Register it and then use its functions to grab the incoming calls.Of course u must dump the telephone center message layout using hyperterminal.
