register com object failed

Hi!
With Visual Fox Pro 6.0 (service pack 5)on my machine I create com object as Single-threaded COM server (dll)
In my machine this I success registrated this COM object with regsvr32.
But on another machine (where hasn't visual fox pro) when I try to registrate my COM object I get next error message:
"DLLRegisterServer in d:\programs\my_COM.dll
failed. Return code was 0x80004005"
Why?
What can I do to registrate my COM object in other machine?

I suspect you don't have the rights (Admin) to register it. I did a google search and found lots of hits on this code. This one appears close.

I did a search in the MS KnowledgeBase (
