Regional Settings

I am working with an app over Citrix / NFuse to be used internationally. I heard something about Citrix picking up the regional date/currency settings from the local computer. Is this how it works? Or will I need to somehow configure Regional Settings for each user?

You can let your users deal with their regional settings themselves by publishing:
control.exe intl.cpl

You can also create your own Control Panel by using policies to restrict which *.cpl applets appear for specific groups of users.
