Regional settings drop down is blank.. Please help.

Hi all,

Having a strange problem on a Windows 2003 server.

When you go into the regional and Language options, the Standards and Formats drop down box does not contain any options. It is blank.

I have managed to change the settings to UK, English in the registry, but there is still something missing. Does anyone know of any way to reset the language settings so I can select this properly?
