does anyone know how how to change the user name that logs onto the pc to the pc name. ie when you click start the blue bar at the top comes up with the users name, just wondering if any 1 knows how to change it so it just says the pc name and user name or just pc name.

have you got xp home or pro???
second it is a security violation for pro so the answer is you cannot do it as i'm lead to believe.
home im not to sure but my guess is that it cannot be done to have a username the same as a pc name
