I have RegClean.exe and it works great for Windows 95. Is there a version that runs on NT workstation 4.0?

Hi VB400!
I doubt the efficacy of RegClean on NT. There was an article in VB Programmers Journal a year or two ago where Microsoft came out and said that deleting keys and RegClean don't actually delete anything from the registry files -- they just get marked as being deleted.
What happens is your registry just gets larger and larger until your system is no longer able to boot. You can monitor your registry size in NT 4.0 by right-clicking on "My Computer", choosing the performance tab, then click the "Change" button under virtual memory. Your current registry size will be listed at the bottom.
I think by default NT starts at reserving 12mb for your registry. I'm currently at 23mb, and have reserved 40mb. I need to bump that up that at some point. About once a year I scrape the drives down to bare oxide and re-install everything. This gets me back down to a reasonable value, and cleans out the DLL plaque that builds up.
