regarding the overlay midnight routine.

Hello. any buddy can teach me regarding the overlay routine,there is a problem that i
can't solved the problem. every morning I was encounter our system option 61. every morning the Cpu 0 are running for the whole night and the Cpu 1 did't running auto so that every morning I was encounter our system all extension line not working. So that
Every morning I can shut off the power and a few minutes I can on again the power so that the system it well run and dial tone coming.

If you have to reboot your system to restore service, then your problem is deeper than what is running in background/midnight.
 
Get a qualified Nortel/Avaya vendor in to look at your system. Gwebster is correct. You have bigger problems.

Generally speaking, you do not want your CPU's switching from active to standby during midnights - so your 'mid_scpu no' setting is correct. But, if the standby CPU is powered down, it'll cause problems too. Both cores need to be up and running.

Your English is a bit difficult to understand. Try writing what you're saying in your native language in Google Translate and copy/paste the English translation here.
 
It sounds as if the two hard disks aren't syncronised. You might need to get them checked out in LD 135 and 137 to check the current status.
