Regarding spooling

Hi,

When im creating a report through sql query , fetches more than 1000 records. After fetching all the records only crystal reports starts printing. I want my report which gets printed whenever atleast 50 records fetched. How can i achieve this.

In Crystal 8.5, select [File] menu, [Print] and [Preview Sample]. There you can set a limit, 100 by default but can be anything.

You'll have to reset it for each run, it asumes you want to do a full run after your sample.

If you want this as a regular feature of your report, that's much more tricky. Crystal only allows you to slot its own logic into the gaps in its standard cycle. Madawc Williams
