Could anyone please tell what do I need to configure in exchange 2000 to be able to send mail using mail2web.com website. I know by default it works, but for some reason, in one of our branch office, if a person tried to send a message using mail2web.com to our another branch office, it doesn't seem to reach its destination nor it comes back with any error message. The intended person doesn't rec's the mail. Is there a setting in exchange server that I need to change, maybe? on the sending or recieving side of exchange?
The mail seems to be going fine to other domains, but not the particular branch office. I assume there is something needs to checked in exchange 2000 server, but not sure what.
