Regarding Interview requirements

Hello everyone,
I started for the interviews and the requriements they are preffering are
Visual Basic (VB6)
.Net (C#, ASP)
DTS Packages
XML
Application Support / Maintenance
SQL - Database Knowledge
Microsoft Reporting Services
ETL - Informatica, SSIS
Modeling (UML/Enterprise Architect)
Strong communication skills written and verbal

in this i dont know DTS,ETIL,MODELING ,i dont know whether i am asking a foolish question ,i dont know exactly how important they are,in which way i have to start learning them
i havnt heard them till i started applying for the interviews .So as a beginner we usually learn xml,javascript,sql,and .net .
so if u dont mind can u briefly explain their importancd so that on priority basis i can concentrate on them .

if by chance u didnot understand my problem plxz let me know and i will reexplain and plz do rereply for that .

DTS (Data Transformation Services) is a SQL Server 2000 toolfor transforming data. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) is a way of manipulating data before sending it into a data warehouse. Modeling is a way of drawing/documenting various processes.

However, none of these are ASP.NET related so this isn't the best place to discuss them.
