Reg Hack for W2K Server to allow users to change passwords

I used a reg hack to allow users to change their passwords in a W2K domain. Unfortunately I have misplaced that information. Does anyone know the reg hack and want to share it with me, PLEASE.

If you're running in a domain, just make sure in ADUC the users can change their passwords. Then they just can press CTRL-ALT-DEL and choose the Change Password option.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
