Refreshing Updated DB Tables Quickly V4.5 1

Is there an easy way to refresh the link to a DB table (which now has extra fields) without removing the table and adding it again? When I remove the table all the DB fields on my report disappear too - and time limitations don't really allow me to reconstruct my whole report.

I am using an Oracle8 DB and Crystal Reports version 4.5.
