Refreshing the view

I have developed a couple of simple pages using XSL to display XML data in a directory on my computer.

Now that I have been given space on the server I have moved my files onto the server.

It all displays fine on the first veiwing, however if one goes to another page and then returns to the page with the XSL/XML on it doesn't display unless you press the refresh button.
When it was on my computer I never had this problem...

Any ideas how I get it to refresh automatically?

Has anyone else had this problem is it the XSL, the server, my browser.....?
