Refreshing the description section in a table

Although I have changed (edited) the description in a table, when I access the form (which is based on a query, which is based on the table), the comments that I have edited in the description section of the table do not appear.

I need a technique to refresh the table, or the query on which the table is based, hence the form.

Comments?
