refreshing remote views

I am guerring a remote view to test if tables are updated. I run the query and test some file parameters to see it they are ready to download. If they are not updated the program is supposted to wait 10 minutes and requery the table to check the parameters again. When I rerun the query it simply returns the same data again and again. How do I refresh the table with the current information?
