Refreshing of a URL using prompts

I am having a problem when calling a report using a URL. The report I am calling is a Crystal Report which calls a stored procedure
{call CODS.MIS_AgentReport;1(?,?,?)}

The URL is below :

http://itbis011215/bsw/AgentReport.rpt?prompt0=20000101+prompt1=20000101+prompt2='A'

The first time it works great, but then you go and change one of the prompts and it still brings back the previous results

two things to check:

1) make sure that save data with report is not checked

2) try printing the parameteres passed into the report via the URL at the top of the first page of the report. This should help see where the problem is.
