refreshing my page

I just noticed this now.

If I run a delete command on my datagrid it will successfully delete the record from my datagrid and the database. If I then try to refresh the page I get an error back because it is trying to delete the record again from the page.

Is there any way of stopping this?

Just incase anyone cares, I had to set the datagrid select index to -1 whtn I was finished using it.
