How long has this problem been occurring for?
Is it happening all the time or just some of the time?
Does it happen in Safe Mode? If not can you further isolate the cause?
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Are you able to test with another Monitor? Are the Display Setting for Resolution correct for your current Monitor?
Have you tried updating any Video Card driver?
Is there a fault in the F5 (Refresh) Key on the Keyboard?
Is it happening all the time or just some of the time?
Does it happen in Safe Mode? If not can you further isolate the cause?
