If not can you further isolate the cause? How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/929135 Are you able to test with another Monitor? Are the Display Setting for Resolution correct for your current Monitor? Have you tried updating any Video Card driver? Is there a fault in the F5 (Refresh) Key on the Keyboard? Upvote 0 Downvote
