Hi,
We are using Crystal8.5. The Enterprise is on Solaris.
The Parameter page is a jhtml. Deployed on ATG Dynamo. And the the report is directly exported to excel using the data only option.
The Problem is:
If i pass value for one parameter in the parameter screen the report should be generated based on that.
Here i'm listing out 2 different cases for viewing output.
If the excel output opens in the same browser window
Here if i do a back , and enter some other value for the parameter the report should be generated based on the new value.BUT RIGHT NOW IT IS NOT HAPPENING. The same data is being displayed.
Like it is being cached.
[II] If excel output opens in the excel application directly.
Here if i enter some other value for the parameter the report is generated for the new value. But will be opened in the browser itself. Now if we do a Back on the Browser and enter some other value. The report won't get refreshed.
The cached data is being displayed.
Any pointers regarding this issue??
Any help will be appriciated..
TIA
Kala
