Refreshing from the Web

I have an ASP page that calls a Crystal Report from the Web. The report is getting data from a small Access database on the Web Server. The reports come up just fine, but the data in them is old. There is a refresh button, but it doesn't work. I think there is some sort of caching problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

This may happen if the 'Save Data with Report' option is true in the Crystal report design environment when you save the report. Same thing if you used the Crystal Query Designer.

Thanks for the help. I tried it both with and without that option. When I try to refresh from the web, it prompts me for a login and password to the database and to each and every subreport in the report. I was told that this was a caching issue, but i'm not sure.
