Refreshing data from SQL query

I have built a Crystal report (using 8.5) which is pulling data from a SQL query. It works fine on my machine, but no one else can refresh the report to pull new data.

They get a Crystal Database error, File could not be found...with the query name.

They have an ODBC connection to the database which tests successfully.

What am I missing?
