Refreshing Crystal Report Data

Hi,
Is there any way for Crystal to automatically refresh data, that is, retrieve information from the database everytime I open the report?
Currently,I am using Crystal Version 9.

I think Crystal Live Office can effectively do this, but I'm not 100%

I have never heard of "crystal live office". Can you please explain this?

It's part of the Crystal Vision package. (Crystal XI, Xcelsius and Live Office)

From what I can gather you can make, say a spreadsheet, and get it to keep re-populating the data by connecting to the database "live", so no need to keep sending an end-user updated versions of a spreadsheet.

I don't know the full capabilities of Live Office yet, as we are thinking of getting it and I only did some research on here
